Our Rules/Lease Agreement strictly prohibits subletting. It requires an approved resident on the home's title, ensuring that our community remains stable and focused on the well-being of all residents.

Welcome, this page is for any individual wishing to become an LMHC resident.
Please read the application instructions before completing the application to avoid delays in its processing. Incomplete applications will not be processed. LMHC completes a thorough background search, so it usually takes at least one to two weeks to process after receiving a completed application.
The application can be completed, signed, and submitted securely through the Tenant Web Portal. A link to set up your account is available on the Resident Forms Page. If you require a paper application, please email LMHomeCommunity@gmail.com.
Supporting documents may be uploaded online along with your application through the secure portal. Please mail the application fee to the address provided below.
Please submit:
-Completed application with a complete residential history for each adult wishing to become a resident ( The link to the application form can be found on the resident forms page).
- Copy of Driver's license or photo ID
Copy of social security card (submit securely online)
-Application fee for each adult - $50. The fee may be mailed separately.
-Proof of income/ financial documents, please see the application for appropriate documents
-Signed copy of the Fee and Rent Schedule ( This document can be found on the resident forms page).
Your application will be reviewed once all required materials have been received by LMHC. Please note that we are unable to process applications that are incomplete or missing documents.
Please note that completed applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
